Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposit paid for retreats or residencies is strictly non-refundable. This ensures the stability of the event for all participants.
Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan, you agree to make all installments by the agreed-upon dates.

Cancellations made within 24hours of a scheduled private session may be subject to a cancellation fee. For retreats and residencies, please refer to the specific event contract regarding balance refunds.
